Delivery & Returns

We estimate that shipping will take place within 2-4 working days of placing and order. Occasionally our stock is held at the Burford shop rather than in our workspace store room and it may take us a day or two to pick this up. Please let us know if your order is urgent and we will endeavour to get the order to you as quickly as possible. We do offer a faster Royal Mail service for anything urgent.

You will receive a despatch confirmation email once your order leaves us. If you need your candles urgently please get in touch prior to ordering and we'll do our best to accommodate.

DISCOUNT CODES

If you subscribe to our (occasional) emails you will be sent discount codes from time to time. They can be applied to all private orders. 

Exclusions may apply to some promotions. 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

We do not offer shipping into the EU, due to new GPSR (General Product Safety Regulation) rules introduced on 13th December 2024.

 We are a small company and so we are also not yet offering international shipping as a general rule. Please get in touch and we will always try to help you out. 

REFUNDS & RETURNS

We hope that you'll be delighted with your candles when they arrive but if anything isn't right please get in touch. Contact us on hello@stowsmiths.co.uk and a human being will get back to you promptly.

We take every care to ensure your candles are properly protected during transit but appreciate that very occasionally damages may occur. We try to make our packages as eco friendly as possibly, using paper tape and recyclable paper protection and as well as compostable chips. If you have any problems please get in touch.

If your package arrives damaged you may return your unused candle(s) for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us for further details.
